**** discovered that there were errors in the way it had been drafted in that it failed to contain some of the prescribed terms as required under the Consumer Credit Act 1974If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.

lol,
i did one of them months ago,and got the CCJ removed, charge dismissed and the creditor gave an undertaking never to sell or seek to enforce the debt.
