Before she joined Barclays she was actually a non executive director of the OFT and before that the FSA.

I made a post about her on CAG 3 years ago Whistleblower woman worked for the OFT

She clearly can't make her mind up which side of the fence to sit on and in my view is totally unsuitable for the position.
