I love the nights when they draw in early.

They are cosy and mean candles and real fires.

I used to be able to cope with them, its only say the last 5 maybe 6 years I haven't, but tried bearing up, wish i did purchase in one of those special lights before now, still it seems they are a godsend, so look forward to using mine tomorrow night.

Wonder if its just a matter of time before we feel any different after using them??

I finally have my special light and its fab, can't wait to use it in the darkest of hours.

Hiya, to be honest I don't really remember, must have been a week or so, please do keep us updated, it will be interesting to see what effects it has with different people, but I've never heard of it 'failing'.

LOL, my hubby says he thinks its all in my head.......:rant::nono: but its great, I do really think its helping, a bright like daylight light right next to me, it does feel like daytime. XXX
