I despair of the politicians & their ilk who assume the data held by CRA's is accurate
Its only a matter of time before some poor victimised benefit claimant sues the hell out of them after they have provided false or misleading data to the DWP causing their benefits to be stopped
Also if they do stop a claimant’s benefits will the DWP be required, like lenders etc, to notify the victim of their actions/searches thereby at least allowing the victim the opportunity to dispute any false & misleading data
