    How many bites of the cherry are this lot going to get - It's little wonder that lenders & their agents treat consumers the way the do ........... they don't give a toss for the OFT or the FSA... I why should they little or now't happens

    Heres an idea OFT go after the buggers & those who are guilty do them for fraud & don't say it's not within your remit it is you only have to tell the police & they'll sort it, Get a few of the sods in prison then I predict their attitudes & behaviour will change overnight
