FSA must not fail consumers

The Financial Services Authority must not fail customers by clamping down on where people can get financial advice the British Bankers%26rsquo; Association said today. The BBA said the FSA must ensure its Retail Distribution Review (RDR) builds on the strides the industry has made to deliver better service for customers.
