I can't say I am surprised in the slightest.

ANother reason why people give up after the banks investigate is due to the amount of time it takes to be looked at through the FOS.

My WFS complaint is fast approaching a year this summer. And they are still looking at claims entered into the system 4 or 5 months prior to mine being submitted.
