Maybe what he has done might turn out to be for the greater good, but my opinion still is he was on a hiding to nothing!

I think i among many people planted my feet in the sand on this matter saying that I hoped he would lose thought he was looking to gain personal fame, without ever bothering to look at his website. www.tombrennan.co.uk I guess on the spot judgements are not always correct. He seems a down to earth guy and his feet firmly planted on the ground. I can admit I was wrong(this does not happen many times). I believe he will appeal and I believe he is right to appeal. NatWest shut his account paid him monies he did not want. Yet he is right, we profiteered, we knew we were profiteering and rightly a bank that is acting in that manner should pay compensation.

Well said Nattie but you already know where I stand with TB.

Iv'e been fortunate to get to know him well and enough to realise his motivation is not greed or vanity but morality and justice in the purest
sense. If money was his goal he would not have risked a well paid legal career and bankcrupcy.

Neither is he a one hit wonder. He is on the verge of launching a significant new case which if he wins will not net him a penny but will
help a lot of people out.
