    I'll believe it when I see it.

    Did anyone listen to Blairs speech to the city reiterated on Newsnight when he was advocating 'soft' regulation & described the bankers as honest, trustworthy & that they could be trusted to manage their companies for the benefit of all.

    LIke the war he got that wrong didn't he
