It begs the question... why should he? If I'd signed a 4 million quid contract, there's no way I'd voluntarily walk out on it. It's hardly his fault that RBS's boardroom couldn't organise a knees up in a brewery.
And if RBS terminated the contract unlawfully, in his shoes, I'd sue them. -
