The Royal Bank of Scotland is being taken to court by a retired QC today in a bid to prove that it was insolvent when it sold him shares last year.

This is a very interesting article. The QC, bought shares from the original rights issue in April 2008. Not entirely sure I would agree with him but I can see in hindsight how he has drawn his conclusions.

This is the same reason why the police are investigating the rights issue made just before the crash
