Not bank charge related but an interesting case all the same.
It would seem that both Trading Standards and the OFT grossly exagerated the number and frequency of complaints against Vince Miller Kitchens Ltd which led to a heavy fine and suspended prison sentence
Miller used a Freedom of Information request that apparently proved it.
The case is listed for judgment in the Court of Appeal next week.
