    Royal Bank of Scotland was on the verge of being nationalised as desperate ministers effectively ripped up the rules underpinning last year's £37billion bailout.

    A crappy deal brokered last year, forced on RBS with an overpriced Rights Issue and now the real deal, £28 Billion pounds in losses. Share price crashing. Employees who put money in shares losing thousands and thousands of pounds. Thank you to all of the RBS Group Board who created this, RESIGN(to those who still remain and got us in that situation).
