    Of course they will appeal. God help they should actually have to do something to help the disabled rather then only provide the service where it can be done cheaply

      Well I wonder how quick my local branch of natwest will install one now
      as, at present, has steps to the entrance, with a bell to press for assistance.
      Which no one ever actually responds to

        Perhaps a little note from a member of the public to the manager pointing this out may get some action
