Police can force entry to your home without a warrant if a serious or dangerous incident has taken place. They can also enter your property if they have just arrested you, for the purposes of searching evidence.

But what the hell has that to do with "reality"? or did you mean "realty"
Methinks you probably picked up that terminology from a FMOTL site or America as we tend to refer to real property

Do they need to have reason to believe you are present in the property or can they just enter it without reason that you are there?

What about if there was no warrant out for your arrest buy they wanted to question you about I crime they believe you committed as there was more than one witness to count as evidence

Response from CAB (easier than typing out individually!)

The police can enter without a warrant:
              • when in close pursuit of someone the police believe has committed, or attempted to commit, a serious crime, or
              • to sort out a disturbance, or
              • if they hear cries for help or of distress, or
              • to enforce an arrest warrant, or
              • if invited in freely by the occupant, or
              • under various statutes which give the police powers of entry (not necessarily by force) into a number of different kinds of premises.
