hmmm, that is an interesting thing. What happens if the OFT test case says the charges ARE unlawful, would she have a legal case for the return of any monies she paid back to the bank?
What does anyone think?

Reclaiming:tinysmile_twink_t2: that would be an interesting case would it not. Better still shouldn't the prosecution have waited until AFTER the conclusion of the OFT case
