Well you hear all these people saying they didn't want jonny foreigner interfering with our legal system. And yes I do know the ICJ has toss all to do with the ECJ,ECtHR or the EU but hey- lets not let facts get in the way. Maybe the ICJ will think about bring crimes against humanity/War Crimes charges against Boris or Blair -

War crime/ crimes against humanity cases are heard at the International Criminal Court in the Hague, not the International Court of Justice.
I can't see the ICJ which hears cases between countries ever hearing a case involving an individual.
AV ICJ should not be confused with ICC
