  • Submitted fraudulent Will

dear sirs. I would like advice on how to address the solicitors, who administered my late father’s estate 2017-2020. Since then I have discovered that the Will I believed was that of my late father; had been altered, I had suspected something was wrong since the Grant of Probate; reserved power to another executor, which I challenged; the Probate Court responded that “it should have been amended “. Yet offered nothing further as to why it wasn’t. I received the entire application sent and is when i realised the “alterations”.
This caused a loss to myself in Taxes. it also enlarged the solicitors powers - investments and Pension death benefits etc. I have reported to the SRA and Legal Ombudsman and cannot be any clearer in my report- but they avoid joining the dots.
Lastly the impact this has had on my life is unbearable, I can’t ignore it- it doesn’t go away or get easier. I just was him held accountable for reckless disregard to the Law and Justice has to be sought.

Should I confront the Solicitor with what i now know?
The evidence is a copy of my father’s Will was held by his witnesses; who also informed me that they did hold the Original Will ‘indefinitely’ . But they used the copy I found-
i did not notice nor would i expect it had been altered.. which i believe was’ scanned and edited they then destroyed the Original Will knowing I would not find it at a later date,
It all seems far fetched, I know, but I swear it to be true and my question is earnest. please help. Thank you
