Hi - the original will has to be sent to the Probate Office along with 3 photocopies - are these photocopies of the original will or is it ok to photocopy the copy of the original will (i.e. the one given by the solicitor for home use, initialled, not signed). I think I know what your answer is going to be, but fed up cos I've just photocopied the copy three times!! The only reason I didn't photocopy the original was that I would have had to unpick it, and then explain that to the Office!!
