Hi Enz01,
I'm so sorry you've lost your Auntie.
I see you say that your Auntie was compos mentis at the time she changed her will in your favour.
Her previous heirs will try to show that there was undue influence - you need to prepare yourself for an unpleasant battle, I'm sorry.
Having said that, if the solicitor will vouch that your Aunt was indeed compos mentis and changed the will without undue influence I don't think you have anything to worry about legally.
Any further info you can post (identifying details removed) will help us to help you.

However, on the face of it, they have no grounds. Undue influence is the most likely allegation, but given that you will be able to show a close relationship for many years, that is unlikely to get very far.
