  • Final will, broken promises and exclusion

Hi, I'm just looking for advice any advice please.
My mother changed my Dad's will before he died. Dad wouldn't have been of clear mind at that stage as he was on constant morphine etc and I was actually witness and executor to the will he made making provision for my son.
Dad's house was willed and promised to my son for well over 16 years and mother changed it so she would inherit.
mother has just died and I'm left completely shellshocked. mothers house was always promised to my younger son.
I've taken care of my parents for well over 20 years spending half my week with them due to illness. appointments, hospitals, procedures, hospice a few times. I'm married and had a small child but I still did what was right.
mum has changed her will, after her death when I was sorting the hospital, morgue I found a draft of a will that she made where she gave everything to my sister who lives overseas and she had me named as executor. This will was dated the week before I went into hospital for radical lifesaving surgery. I have no idea when this will was made but I know it was made overseas as my sister brought a copy with her.
My mother is not even buried yet.
My sister is currently in the house and liquidating all her assets, many tip and charity runs. she's told my eldest son that she's selling the house and contents and paying off her mortgage on her very lavish house/mansion. I'm very aware that my mother can overlook me but my brother and sister already had houses bought for them years earlier. I have evidence. And my sister held a large amount of money in her account overseas which she now inherits.
I am on disability benefits and have been for many years due to ill health. Can I apply for legal aid?
Any advice please I desperately want to contest the will on behalf of my sons.

Was a solicitor involved in drawing up the final will?
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

I guess so. Don't know for certain. Sister told my son she brought the Will from overseas with her. And she refuses to communicate with me. She wrote the eulogy today and I was born and then I didn't exist.
