  • Executors solicitor producing incorrect final accounts

The executors solicitors have produced incorrect accounts 3 times within 6 weeks for partnership accounts which corresponds with incorrect accounts for the estate. I have had professional accountants draw up the partnership accounts which I have all the details for. The solicitor refuses to accept they are incorrect. The first accounts had a 10k difference with regards to correct accounts. My concern is if they can do this with the partnership accounts then they will be happy to be creative with estate accounts. I have filed a complaint with the solicitors regulatory association and am contemplating a court summons for inventory and account. Assets are missing and have been sold under market value to and by a sibling. A undeclared bank account for over 2 years even though post was redirected and no internet banking took place. It has been contentious from the start with the executors who were put on the will 6 weeks before my father died with the help of siblings refusing to communicate and only through solicitors they have burnt through a considerable sum of money with solicitors. Has anyone had a similar experience and applied for a court summons? Citation or civil procedure? To have correct accounts drawn up. Thank you in advance
