The Law Commission has published its report - link above. This recommends repeal of the Wills Act 1837, and replcing with a completely new piece of legislation. Headlines include abolition of automatic revocation of wills by marriage, ending "predatory marriage", and new rules about electronic wills, gifts to witnesses, and changes to the burden of proof on undue influence.
