    My mum passed away nearly 3 years ago leaving no will.. I need to sell her property but still in Mums name.. We never done probate as very small property about £100,00 price as I am the eldest I am classed as next of Kin... What do I need to do please

    You need to obtain Letters of Administration in order to be able to sell the property.
