  • buying out a sibling

mother passed away leave myself and 2 sisters equal share in house, i,m currenly looking to buy out 1 of my sisters of her share of house i currently live in, my other sister is fine about her share and is ok with me drawing up a will n leave her the house once i pass, or if she passes 1st it goes to her children once my other sister is bought out

anyway my question is it easy to transfer my name and my other sister on the land registry once ive paid my sister out of her share ,if so what do forms do i need to fill in and is it straight forward doing it yourself,
also with me buying my sister out of her share what if any legal document do i need (if any to prove that she was paid her share) so theres no comebacks with her saying she didnt get paid etc down the line
or is it better to just pay the huge solictors fees of around £1.4k ive been quoted to let them do it all

id prefure the 1st option of doing it myself but just bit daunting with thought of it all,

probate i did myself online which was pretty straight forward for £300, again if i went solictor route they wanted over a grand for just probate

any tips or suggestions would be grateful
