Inheritance act claim evidence

Hello! Does anyone know what evidence a judge/ court looks at when taking into consideration an inheritance act claim for reasonable provisions? I assume it would be bank statements and wage slips. But do they contact HMRC and look at other things also? Just wondering what the process is.
