Yes but when someone scares you into not wanting to rock the boat and there being all nice and above board it make you think everything is ok. I feel like I’ve been hoodwinked. I’ve had a lot going on what with my sister and dad being diagnosed with cancer all I want is some good advice and someone to help me and my sister

Sorry I got the dates wrong as I’m all over the place trying to sort this out I suffer with dyslexia so I struggle with this sort of stuff and I can’t keep asking my sister to help all the time as she is still trying to recover from cancer. I’ve not got one thing of my mothers to remind me of her as he’s kept everything. We still don’t have anywhere to greave for her as he won’t sort anything out with her ashes. The reason we have not questioned him is because of the clause in the will as it made us scared to rock the boat. I do feel that it like he wants total control like we feel hi did over our mother. Does it matter that even though they were married my mum signed the will in her first marriage surname
