Can a next of Kin/ beneficiary request from the Solicitor(Administrator) a copy of the ''Letter of Wishes'', a request for a copy of the Will (although he had one already given to him by the deceased) was refused ( in case there was an up dated version)

A letter of wishes isn't a formal legal document and is not binding on the Executors/Adminstrators. It never becomes a public document. The Executors/Adminsitrators are not obliged to provide copies of it. I have been involved with two estates where the executors completely ignored the letter of wishes.

Letters of wishes are confidential to the executors/administrators and do not have to be disclosed to beneficiaries

A letter of wishes should be stored with the will, not attached to it. In this instance the executor(s) would do well to pass a copy of the letter of wishes to trustees
