Can somebody clarify what this means please?
"X equal shares thereof upon trust for such children of ABCDE as shall be living at the date of my death and as shall attain the age of eighteen years"
Does that mean ABCDE needs to set up a trust for those children or just that they are entrusted to look after the money until the children are 18?
