Shared water supply

Hi, I share my water supply with my next door neighbour. The pipes come thru my house to theirs from the mains. I have a leak on a shared pipe. I believe my neighbour should pay half for the repairs but they are unwilling to cough up. I know I can take this to a civil court but would I have to pay fees or would I get full compensation?
