  • New will

Hi all, never had a will written before but I am concerned that the draft sent to me 1. I cannot understand it, 2, has errors. 3, I prefer to call and discuss issues, but I only get email replies and links referring me what to do next. I think I wasted £140.
I would rather be taking to someone than by emails all the time to discuss my concerns.
Can anyone recommend firms or will writers.
Has anyone heard of WSL WILwriting
PRICES on website eg are property protection 350
Power of attorney 300 are these kind of prices normal?
Should a will not be easy to understand?
    Thanks for any advice

Get a quote from a solicitor.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

Something as important as a will should be drafted by a solicitor.
