Will executors deceased

Hello Forum
If a person dies and they have a Will, but all the named individual executors are also deceased.
Has the person died intestate?
as theres no named executors alive, otherwise a valid Will.

Who has the right to be the executors or appoint executors?
Is it simply the will beneficiaries?
Is a it a formal process to appoint an executor, eg ask the court?

You have a valid Will with a living Executor and a living Reserve Executor
The Executor does not wish to be that involved dealing with your estate

Your executor would like delegate instead either
1, to a professional to do most of the work but would still remain formaly the executor or
2, to appoint an Attorney Grant professional to do the administration...

My question
Does the reserve executor come before the original executors deligation choice or vise versa
I have feeling it would be the Executor who delegates choice or the attorney grant as this your executor you choose and they made the decision it would best gto delate most of theadministration
