  • Changing land registry after death

My Aunt passed away recently. She was married to my uncle for 36 years but the house they live in was only in my Aunts name. My uncle wants to transfer the property into his sole name. I have applied for probate for my uncle and have received an email today to say probate has been granted and he would be issued with letter of authorisation within 5 days. My Aunt did not leave a will I am looking for advice on how my uncle proceeds in changing the property land register
I have LPOA over my Uncle.

once your uncle has the grant, he can effect the transfer into his name.
