my mum passed away and did her will 9 years ago. It says either my dad is the benefactor or if he chooses to, the house is divided up equally for all living children.
the title deeds are in my mum and dad's name. I do not know what type of will this is but since the title deeds were not changed 9 years ago, can the deeds be changed now and all children placed as title holders without incurring inheritance tax.
