  • Reserving Powers

Where two executors have been appointed, can one reserve powers, before an application for probate has been made, without the agreement of the co-executor?

Since a reservation is saying they do not wish, for the moment at least, to take part in the executorship, it must take place before an application for probate is made.
The agreement of the co-executor is not required.
