sum up briefly, my farther left a will leaving equal shares to his children including a step brother { result of an affair over 45 years ago}, whom we has had very little interaction with, recently he change this by reducing his share to £20,000 by handwritten acknowledgement and his signature as a discretionary payment, my father has passed away from Covid 19 my sister and myself cared for our father for the last 6 years of his life, we have little to do with our other brother and step brother as my father acknowledges they were a waste of space, now they have surfaced and are demanding their equal share as they have obtained his old will showing no changes, while i reluctantly accept my estranged brothers right to his share i object to the step brother as he has rarely bothered with our father until now
is our distant step brother entitled to a share
