  • Partial grant of probate

I’m contesting my late Father’s will due to undue influence by my Brother. My brother had an unregistered EPA and took large amounts of money out of my Father’s bank without consent. Unfortunately my brother was Executor of my late Mother’s Will. My brother is now applying for a partial grant of probate so he can take up his previous Executor role along with his Solicitor and sell my late father’s flat, and I think attempt to hide all of the unauthorised withdrawals of money from my late Fathers bank account. Is it possible that my brother can hide his unauthorised withdrawals whilst carrying out the partial grant? Can I challenge his application and is it expensive to challenge? Thanks in advance.

This is the same question you have asked before, just a different heading. You have received answers, so there is no point in asking the same question again.
