Hi I am completing probate forms on my mums estate
we Have a will which myself and sister are beneficiaries. My
sister lives in cyprus and can not deal with mums estate as she is too far away. Can I do probate on my own
my sister I happy for me to deal with the estate on my
own. Any advice with regard to the probate as to how
we go about applying in one name.

I believe that you mean you and your sister are executors, as well as beneficiaries. It is Executors that deal with the estate.

Yes you can deal with Probates on your own, but your sister needs to complete a Deed of Renunciation. This can be to fully decline or it can be that she reserves the right to deal with you later on. The Probate office can help or you can Google Deed of Renunciation.
