You should immediately contact the Probate office. Explain to them that you are very concerned that this matter may be being dealt with contrary to the Will instructions. Ask if you can have a copy of the Will and pay for a copy (about £3.00 I believe)
You certainly need to act fast on this as your own inheritance may be lost if your brother continues to act in the way he is doing, as it is against the Law if he is acting in the way you have stated.
You should instruct a solicitor as soon as possible to take this matter up for you and protect your interests. If you know who is dealing with the sale or purchase of the Trust's house or purchase of the new house, then tell the Forum, but contact them now to let them know that the house is owned by a Trust and not your brother.
You will need to stand up to your brother and tell him that he is acting unlawfully regarding the Trust and that you intend to take steps to correct this. Suggest that he does not proceed any further in selling the Trust house and if you are a Trustee, then he cannot do anything with the property without your authority. If he has taken any action otherwise, then it may be a case of Fraud.
