  • "a" will.

I'm a beneficiary of a will, probate has been granted.
The executor tells me that "a" will is at the high court, why would that be? Any help would be appreciated.

ask the executor why ................. possibly the validity of the will has been challenged or a claim entered under the Inheritance provision for family and dependants) act 1975
