  • Refusal to release will

    Hello

I am a joint executor for my grandads Will, his daughter (my mum) is also an executor. We haven’t got on in a long time, she is refusing to release my grandads Will (not even to a solicitor as a third party) as she says the many beneficiaries don’t deserve the money. We have already spent a few thousand on failed mediation by a solicitor. It needs both our permission to release it. Any ideas!!??

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately I don’t think this is something that we can fund. Are you able to tell me a little more about the citation process please?

Why don't you alone send a copy of the will to the solicitor and the beneficiaries.

To apply for a citation you only need a copy of the will
