IHT Forms requested

I am the administrator of an estate intestate. Probate has been granted, the estate is not ready to distribute. A beneficiary has asked for inventory and accounts, IHT forms and copies of bank accounts. I have informed the beneficiary that I am not ready, but he is insisting that if I don't a court summons will be on its way. Could someone clarify my duties at this stage?

Is this a beneficiary of the residual estate or a beneficiary of a fixed sum? Residual beneficiaries are entitled to the accounts, fixed sum are not.

Others will correct me but I believe only the accounts matter. If you are not ready then you are not ready any court claim would be fruitless.
