  • After Probate Granted

Nearly 3 years ago I inherited the house of a dear friend. Probate was granted 2 years ago. I am currently in the process of selling the house and have discovered that the 2 executors from the solicitors who wrote and administered the will have to sign the contracts (I was the 3rd executor). This has left me very confused and is holding up the sale. Is this normal practice and will I have to pay the two executors?
