Hi, I wonder if anyone can help my father passed away last week he came to live with me this year after suffering a catalogue of abuse from his wife, long story short the court of protection ruled he stayed with me with his wife having visitation rights, so my dad has now passed and I was sorting the funeral out etc but his wife has put an objection in ..I have submitted court docs supporting the above statements from social workers etc and apparently a medical referee has to decide who dads body goes to for the funeral, I was next of kin on all his medical records etc but with him being still married I'm scared they will give her his body can anyone help please?? We have tons of evidence regarding the abuse my dad suffered why would anyone give a victim back to the abuser?? Please if any can advise I will b so grateful xx
