Hello everyone
My father passed away recently and his wife is now residing in their property with an until death clause, or cohabits, house is uninhabited etc.
I am homeless, currently couch surfing until I can find a rental around the coronavirus situation.
The house in question has 460k+ equity, and I am to be in receipt of 1/3 of 1/2 of sale proceeds. Average this at 76k
I am hoping as I am very unaware of law someone can help here. I do not speak to the other two beneficiaries so coming to a decision where we all want the home sold (which is in the clase) is highly unlikely.
Is there any kind of law or lawyer I should look into, to try and receive my inheritance from the available capital to buy myself a home?
Any swift help here would be hugely appreciated
