Hi Guys. My wife is waiting on a payment from Zurich, it's the balance of her fathers pension pot. For various reasons there have been delays in getting Zurich to release the funds, it's been dragging on for several months now. She did receive confirmation a few weeks back, over the phone, that they would release the funds within 20 working days, but that deadline has passed. It's about 130K outstanding, which in the current climate she/we are understandably nervous about losing if Zurich were to implode. They're not responding to email, and phone calls are left to ring out and go to message. Any other ideas for applying some pressure to get things moving??
