Deed of Variation

If a few of the beneficiaries in a Will agree to a Deed of Variation in favour of someone that had been excluded do the remaining beneficiaries who’s percentage share will be unaltered have to agree?

No, only those beneficiaries whose legacies are reduced need to sign
