  • Executor not paying beneficiary

Hello, can anyone offer any advice please?
My grandmother passed away last year and she left a will naming her son who is my uncle as the executor. He was left 2/3 of everything and I was named as a beneficiary to receive 1/3 of everything and to be given all of her jewellery. After several failed attempts of asking my uncle what stage he was at with getting everything sorted out etc he messaged me to say he had kept all of the money and had spent it. He had also 'auctioned' all of her jewellery and belongings including her car. I have searched the probate register but her name isn't listed so I can only assume the banks have paid him the money out as he has the will.
Is there anything I can do about this?
