  • Larke & Nugus letter

I am trying to contest my late Stepfather’s Will. I cannot afford representation, so I am trying to do as much as possible on my own.
I have sent the original Solicitor a Larke & Nugus letter asking for details of all the wills he made.
If the solicitor does not comply, I have been told that they can be subpoenaed for the files.
is this something that I can do without the need of solicitor? If so, where do I begin?

It would be extremely unusual for a solicitor not to respond to a Larke & Nugus letter. I would email the solicitor and ask for an acknowledgment that he is dealing with your request, so as to avoid any delays or misunderstandings.
