Larke v Nugus no action

My mothers will was badly written and unfair with two siblings left out for what appears to be no reason. My solicitor has sent a Larke v Nugus but my mother's solicitor has not produced the will file. It appears there might not even be a file. How do we proceed if the solicitor refuses to supply the file or fails to have a file?

Ask them to produce a sworn affidavit explaining the circumstances leading to the creation of the will
